Our Approach
Our premarital counseling goes beyond surface-level preparation. While we celebrate your excitement and connection, we also create space to explore topics that are often avoided or postponed. The goal is not perfection, but understanding, communication, and emotional safety.
Several of our clinicians are trained in PREPARE/ENRICH, an evidence-based assessment used to guide meaningful conversations and personalize the counseling process. Couples complete the assessment before beginning sessions.
Most couples complete premarital counseling in 8–12 sessions, though the timeline can vary based on your goals and needs.
