Individual and Group Supervision
In addition to providing therapy, Cadey is an AAMFT-Approved Supervisor, and Shelby is an AAMFT-Approved Supervisor under the mentorship of Cadey. Together, we offer supervision that is relational, reflective, and grounded in both clinical skill and self-of-the-therapist work. All of you is welcome.

Supervision Philosophy
Cadey’s supervision style is deeply influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS). As a Level 3 trained and certified IFS therapist, Cadey welcomes all therapist parts into the supervision process and emphasizes curiosity, compassion, and integration.

Individual Supervision
Cadey’s availability for primary supervisees is currently full. Limited availability remains for supplemental individual supervision.
Group Supervision Options
Cadey offers two group supervision options, both held via Zoom and operating under a cohort-based, closed model. Participants commit to attending all meetings for a six-month period.

IFS-Informed Group Supervision
Meets one Sunday each month from 11am to 2pm -
IFS Experiential Supervision Group
Meets the second Wednesday of each month from 11am to 1pm
This group is open to clinicians at any stage of their career who are interested in learning more about IFS through an experiential approach

Supervision Philosophy
Shelby’s supervision style is informed by a variety of models, with particular influence from the couples and relational work she provides to her clients. Supervision may include discussion of clinical cases, ethics, administrative considerations, and self-of-the-therapist concerns.
