Teen Processing and Art Group (TPAG):
TPAG is a weekly processing group led by Payton, geared towards LGBTQIA+ teens. This group meets in person at our office on Monday nights at 6pm for solid hangs, connection, support, processing, and art/experiential stuff.
Art supplies, journals, and knitting needles/crochet hooks/yarn (yes, you read that correctly) will be supplied for group. Payton will lead every session, but we will also have a monthly guest lecturer/friend attend to discuss specialty areas that benefit the group (queer adulting, Art Therapy, “finding yourself”, Dance Therapy, “queer resilience”, PsychoDrama, etc.)!
Cost is $30 per week, $300 total for all 10 weeks.

Stitch & B*tch: a queer + trans skill and processing group:
Stitch and B*tch is weekly an interactive skill and processing group for queer+/trans adults looking for community that meets Thursdays at 6pm and is led by Payton. Come hang, meet some dope people, talk about what’s bugging you, and learn some new skills in the process.
Cost is $20 per week, $200 total for all 10 weeks. Supplies included.

Altered Book Collective:
ABC is an art therapy-informed bi-weekly group led by Lydia and designed for adults interested in creative experimentation with mixed medias. In this group we’ll use altered books as a container for mixed media art, exploring self-expression and creativity in a supportive and relaxed environment. Each session will include simple optional prompts to help you get started, but the vibe is intentionally loose and flexible—perfect for those who want to experiment with art while building connections with others. No artistic experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and an open mind!
While not exclusive to 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks, as a member of both these populations, Lydia has designed this group with these communities in mind.
A variety of materials are provided, including a book to alter upon request!
Cost is $20/session for 8 sessions (totaling $160).

Open Studio for Clinicians:
The OSC is an art therapy-informed peer support/social group rooted in communal creativity as self-care for folks working in mental health related fields. The group is led by Lydia and meets on the first Sunday of the month for 90-minutes to make art with peers, decompress, and recharge in a supportive and relaxed environment. This is not therapy, just a space to engage in our own creativity with others in the field.
A variety of materials are provided, but participants are welcome to bring any current projects, tools, and/or their own supplies.
Cost is $20/session for 6 sessions (totaling $120).
