IFS & Trauma Processing Intensives in Nashville, TN

Sometimes the traditional clinical hour just isn’t enough time to fully engage in deep, meaningful therapeutic work. IFS & Trauma Processing Intensives offer extended sessions that allow space to move more fully into the work while also providing time to integrate and process afterward.

These intensives may be especially helpful if you notice recurring themes or patterns in therapy that have been difficult to work through due to time constraints. Cadey currently offers Individual IFS Intensives in Nashville, TN, available as half-day or full-day sessions on Thursdays.

IFS (Internal Family Systems) is the primary modality used in this work. Depending on client needs, intensives may also incorporate practices informed by Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and polyvagal theory to support trauma processing and nervous system regulation.

IFS Intensives are available to current clients of CAG as well as individuals who are not current clients. Clients participating in Intensive work are required to have an established therapist outside of the Intensive process.
