How I Show Up as a Therapist

I believe therapy can be a place to slow down enough to hear yourself again.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and a grounded presence to the therapy room, creating space for you to explore your experiences without having to have everything figured out first. My approach is relational and experiential, drawing from existential, somatic, attachment-based, and parts-informed therapies. I’m interested not only in what you’re experiencing, but in helping you understand yourself more deeply—your patterns, your needs, your values, and the ways you have learned to navigate relationships and the world around you.

I believe many of the things we struggle with make sense when we understand the context in which they developed. Anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, disconnection from the body, or feeling uncertain about who you are may have once
served an important purpose. Rather than trying to simply eliminate these parts of ourselves, I’m interested in approaching them with curiosity and compassion and understanding what they may be trying to communicate.
